• Messages you send us by email to info@parlegroup.id or by phone to +62 8111 341 808, including your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
• Instagram messages to @parle.senayan, processed under Instagram's own policies.
• Visit statistics (Google Analytics), only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner: pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, and referral source.
• Server logs recorded automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, access time, and requested page, for security and maintenance.

This website has no forms and does not create user accounts.

How we use data

• To answer your questions and reservation or business enquiries.
• To understand which pages are read so we can improve the site (if you accept analytics).
• To keep the website secure and available.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

Without your consent, this website sets no cookies. Your choice on the banner is stored in your browser (localStorage) so the banner does not reappear.
